Story

Cherry
(Ram Charan) lives in Hyderabad along with his Uncle Jilebi (Brahmanandam) working as a software engineer in his office.Here Cherry gets rivalry with Gandipeta Babji a local don due to his uncle Jilebi.On this series Cherry falls for Madhu (Kajal Agarwal) who is the sister of Gandipeta Babji.Meanwhile some highclass murders will happen in and around Hyderabad in which Cherry gets stuck and gets trapped by police.

On the flip side Siddharth Naayak (Ram Charan) is an young inspiring leader in Kolkata gets in to path of Cherry.This leads to twist and forms the rest of the story.

Performances

Ram Charan excelled a lot in his dialouge delivery and gave best performance in this film.His dancing steps in couple of songs are tremendous.He has shown his ability in comedy punches.Ram Charan in dual roles have no variations, but delivered best performance for both the roles.

Brahmanandam,Jaya Prakash Reddy,Posani Krishna Murali and MS Narayana entertained a lot with their comedy punches.Brahmanandam as Jilebi,Posani Krishna Murali as Kolkata criminal,MS Narayana as drunken CBI,Jaya Prakash Reddy as Pedananna are brillian in their performances.

Kajal Agarwal does her best for the role and chemistry with Ram Charan shot.She is gorgeous in songs.

Amala Paul comes in only in second half which is limited but gave her best.She is damn hot in Subhalekha Rasukunna and danced well for Hey Nayak with Ram Charan.

Rahul Dev, Pradeep Rawat, Dev Gill are just Ok, Rajeev Kanakala performance is good,Kota Srinivasa Rao is wasted and Charmi is sensious in Nellore item song..

Technical Analysis

Dialouges by Akula Siva are well written and hilarious for comedy scenes.Thaman composition is good and BGM worked a lot.Cinematography by Chota K Naidu is excellent.Gautam Raju editing is crisp and Action scenes are well choreographed.Production values of the film are rich.

Analysis

The first half of Nayak starts off with entertaining elements such as comedy,dances, action sequences and does not loose it pace.The story of the film has no freshness but it is made basing the commericial lines for making the film a sureshot hit.Brahmanandam, Jayaprakash Reddy, Posani Krishna Murali and MS Narayana enthralls you with laughs with their screen presences and dialouges.The Interval bang has sufficient thrill to wait for the second half and end with no boring elements.

Second half pace is good but it is indeed predictable what's going to happen the next.Slowly the twist will be revealed with hilarious comedy scenes by Posani and other stars.Violence takes the big seat in the second half but gives a message all over.It is a high entertaining movie if logics and loopholes to give a minor importance while watching.

All Songs are picturised well,Comedy scenes are major assert for the film and rich with mass elements like dances,action scenes.
