Story

Family Story starts off
in a village called Relangi focusing on a Relangi Mavayya (Prakash Raj) head of the middle class family who is kind hearted and gives value for human relationships rather than money.He has a beautiful family with two sons Peddodu (Venkatesh) and Chinnodu (Mahesh Babu).His wife Jayasudha is a housewife who takes all pain and makes all happy.(Anjali) maradalu of Peddodu lives with this family from her childhood.Another family is projected in Vijayawada headed by Rao Ramesh who gives importance to wealth.He has a daughter Geetha (Samantha).

Peddodu is a straight forward guy and most emotion person and coming to Chinnodu,he is a playful and witty nature guy falls for Geetha.While Seetha believes Peddodu to be her husband.The story gets a big turn at the time of Peddodu – Chinnodu’s sister Abhinaya’s marriage.Rest of the story is How Prakash Raj deals the situations without hurting any of his sons ? Whether Peddodu and Chinnodu succeed in their love lifes ? forms the story

Performances

Venkatesh asusal played his role with much ease and dignity maintained till the end.His way of performance leaves everyone to thing of having a brother like him.He played a realistic role which has problem with ones attitude.

Mahesh babu should be applauded for accepting such role.His chemistry as a sibling and few scenes with Venkatesh are connected well.Mahesh’s Godavari slang of dialogue delivery left everyone to cheers.Scenes of romance with Samantha are natural and lovable.

Anjali showed a great screen presence as maradalu of Venkatesh.Though her role is limited she impressed in her own way of expressive performance.

Samantha’s role is very small one but she is sensiously romantic with Mahesh in few scenes.One can be said that she is perfect jodi of Mahesh babu for his role.

Prakash Raj,Jayasudha and Rao Ramesh are effective as lead roles. Murali Mohan, Rohini Hattangadi, Ravi Babu and Tanikella Bharani are best in their roles.Ahuthi Prasad, Rama Prabha, Ravi Babu are good at their performance.Abhinaya’s role is neat. 

Technical Analysis

Mickey J Meyer composed songs are cool to hear and a visual treat to see on silver screens. Mani Sharma’s background score is big plus for the film.KV.Guhan’s cinematography is visual feast to eyes. Dialogues by Ganesh Patro and Sreekanth Addala are meaningfull for respective characters. Marthand K Venkatesh editing is good. Srikanth Addala basing on such script and directing tollywood top stars to be applauded.Productions values are top-class.

Analysis

Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu is all about human relations and excellent performance by the lead stars and best output from other star cast leaves everyone to think off for a while.The story of the film has nothing new to deal with but brining two top leading heros to one stage and directing them by brining out a great on-screen chemistry of siblings is one to be appreciated.SVSC story deals no cinematic drama but narration sticks everyone with out major twists in ongoing.

First half of the film is entertaining and Second half pace is slow but showcases family emotions and which will connect to the family audiences to the most. Mahesh Babu’s role will be a treat with his comic timing and one liners. Srikanth Addala rolled on all hearttouching sentimental scenes in the second half.Indeed Dil Raju should be appreciated for making such film with big stars and with good production values.

SVSC is a symbol of traditional telugu family film..
