Story

Chandu (Nagarjuna) an NRI returns to India on his selfish wants. Chandu was cheated by her secretary (Meera Chopra) in an event organized and as a result he was fined a huge amount by Event programmers (Ashish Vidyardhi). On his way to India he falls for Sandhya (Nayantara) who works for Make a Wish organization.

Chandu was received well by his Grandfather (K.Vishwanath), a landlord. On his motives Chandu does everything to get his share in the property. Rest of the story is how Chandu gets out his legal issues in US and Will he win the love of Sandhya and family members.

Performances

Nagarjuna is as cool as NRI event organizer Chandu with classy costumes and stylish beard. He is suitable for the role and delivered a best performance.

Nayantara is simple beautiful in the whole film in stylish costumes. She performed a neat performance and her chemistry with Nagarjuna is romantic.

Meera Chopra is apt for the role, K.Vishwanth is good at his character, Brahmanandham good with his comedy and others played decent performance on a whole.

Technical Analysis

Dasaradh direction is ok up to family scenes but failed in bringing laughs to the audience. Thaman's music is just Ok while cinematography couldn't make a mark with its poor colors of presentation. Dialogues are family trend and are neat. VFx shots are very poor. Production values are below average.

Analysis

Greeku Veerudu kick stars its first half in US shows in a stylish manner. The film goes on good pace but lack of comedy makes audience feel boredom. It is perfect family entertainer when there are scenes between Nagarjuna and Viswanath. First half ends with a decent interval.

Second half of the film is totally family oriented and audiences connected well with emotional part. The big drawback of the film is the poor comedy scenes and never they have worked despite good actors.

It is worth to mention that all cast performed their best but presentation could be much better.

A Family Drama for this summer.
